  LONG DESCRIPTION:

    Know Your Cocktails is an instructional data base software package.
    It is essentially a computer assisted learning package that details
    how to make many of the more common Cocktails.  The user is taken
    through some introductory information and then is presented with a
    range of Cocktails, many divided into categories around the base
    spirit used.  Fun Trivia Quiz modules are also included.

    On the screen, the Cocktail names are highlighted: the user can select
    any one to get the ingredients details of that cocktail.  Operatrion is
    very simple eith either the arrow keys and Enter, or the mouse.
